Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
Machine wash shirts, inside out, in cold water on delicate. Lay flat to dry. Iron inside out, if needed. Vinyl and sequin appliques should not be ironed.
Shirts with sequins should be hand washed ONLY. Lay flat to dry and do NOT iron.
Custom and personalized orders
I do customize orders. Please be sure to leave all info when checking out to avoid any delays in getting your order embroidered.
Sizing details
I feel that everything runs true to size. I have size charts on the listings. Most all items I use are 100% cotton so they will shrink a little. Keep that in mind when choosing a size.
Shipping & Address
**PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER**
If your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs. If it is a mistake made on my end, I will be happy to re-ship it to you.
Refund/Exchanges Not Accepted
Due to the custom nature of products offered, all sales are final. If there is an error on my part, I will gladly remake/refund your item. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Pickup and Delivery Not Available
I do not offer local pickup or delivery.
Stock Items
I try to keep items in stock but there are times that I run out. Right now there are a lot of inventory and shipping issues that are beyond my control. If you order an item and I am out of stock I will contact you.
Fabric and Placement of Designs
Each item I make is unique. I try my best to have it match the listing photo exactly. These items are handmade so each one will vary slightly with placement. There are also times when fabric or thread is out of stock or discontinued. If that happens I will match as close as I can do the original.
Answering Messages
I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I love talking to my customers!! During business hours I answer questions quickly. After 5pm during the week and on weekends I will answer questions if I get a chance. Please understand that I have a family. I have kids and a husband that I love spending time with so evenings and weekends are family time for us.
